How to play: Divide students into groups of four to six. Each group receives one deck and plays in teams of two to three students per team. With five decks, up to 30 students can play at the same time.

The game was developed by climate scientists and educators from Sweden and can be used in any subject that addresses climate change and sustainable development — from science and technology to geography, civics, or home economics (recommended from grade 7 and up). The Climate Call card game helps students understand how everyday consumption affects the climate — and it’s sure to spark lively discussions and eye-opening discoveries!
